The D-Day Story is the liberation of Europe from Nazi Germany occupation during the Second World War.

The story is told using the personal possessions and words of the people who took part.

Opening times

The D-Day Story is open seven days a week, from 10am to 5.30pm. Last admission is 4pm to LCT 7074 and 4.30pm to the museum.

Please note: as The D-Day Story falls within the Victorious Festival site, the museum will be closed to all visitors on Friday 27th August and only open to festival ticket-holders on the 28th and 29th August 2021.
