Many secret spies parachuted in to France in preparation for D-Day. They would have to be ready to fight tiredness and overcome exhaustion.
Food was vital in helping spies such as Noor who undertook extensive training to prepare for being on the fighting front.
Mrs Cox from the Women’s Voluntary Service will meet you online for this virtual event, and share stories of brave men and women who carried on determinedly to defeat Nazi occupation.
Please note if you are in receipt of Free School Meals then you will receive a food hamper with ingredients for 5 lunches.
