Saturday 6 November 2021
10am to 4pm
Free event held by Southsea Coastal Scheme from 6th to 13th November.
Discover the plans for the next phase of the Southsea Coastal Scheme, the UK’s largest local authority-led coastal defences project. The scheme will stretch for 4.5km from Old Portsmouth to Eastney, and help to reduce the risk of flooding to more than 10,000 homes and 700 businesses.
In this exhibition explore how public art might be incorporated into the scheme and see vibrant works by exciting local artists. You can also explore the designs for the next phase of the Scheme: Frontage 4 – Southsea Castle.
For more information about the event, please email SouthseaCoastalScheme@portsmouthcc.gov.uk
Free entry to the exhibition, held in the Dulverton Room. A ticket is required to visit the rest of the museum.
